Components test chamber

The test chamber is made up of:
– two benches for testing simultaneously 8+8 rotating nozzles at 10,000 rpm 200 bar,
– a bench for testing rotary heads for cleaning casks
– a bench for testing spray-guns for water-cleaning spears up to 600 bar. The benches that were created solved the high noise level produced by each test and enabled their automatic execution in complete safety. Using the “Cate Silencer” during the guns test bench made ​​it possible to automate the test that initially had to be carried out manually outside because of the high noise level it produced. The benches are located in one room inside the plant thus avoiding testing outside.
